C. Stephen Guyer is a senior financial executive offering over 30 years of experience in company stewardship, finance, marketing, operations, and information technology. He specializes in successful turnarounds, creating corporate infrastructures, and structuring companies for rapid growth, private placements, IPOs, or profitable sale.

Stephen’s background includes positions as CFO for TCOM Ventures, Staff Administrators, Inc., and The Moore Companies; Chief Credit Officer for Monaco Finance, Inc.; and management consultant for a variety of companies throughout the country.

Jay W. EnyartJay W. Enyart

As a consultant, Jay brings to Guyer Management Assistance a diversified background in both law and finance. He is a practicing attorney primarily in transactional corporate, finance, securities and real estate law. He also has legal and business experience in the Internet, telecommunications, financial and real estate development industries. Beginning his legal career with Hindry & Meyer, Jay was later associated with Roath & Brega P.C., Brega and Winters P.C., and Cohen Brame & Smith P.C. In addition, he served as General Counsel for Telecom Wireless Corp.

In the business arena, Jay was a Managing Director of Vantage Resource Group LLC, a financial consulting firm, and an advisor to the Artsan Group and Quattro Companies, engaged in real estate development in California and Colorado, respectively. Jay’s experience in handling a broad range of business and financial legal matters, as well as his experience in the business world, allow him to provide our clients with exceptional insight and advice.

Hugh RhineHugh Rhine

Hugh is a seasoned turnaround expert. He brings over 30 years of hands-on experience to the most vexing financial challenges; particularly in the area of accounts receivable management. His development of a structured flow analysis methodology for use in changing climates has proven to be one of the most revealing tools for GMA clients.

 

   
 

Ken WarnerKen P. Warner

Ken comes to Guyer Management Assistance with 20 years of fast-growth experience in executive management, finance, operations and M&A positions at software firms, telecommunications, as well as technology and retail companies. His expertise includes structuring companies for growth, turnarounds, LBOs, sales, and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Guyer, Ken served as Vice President of Finance & Administration and Vice President of Real Estate & Construction for Relera, Inc., a start-up company opening and operating 25 Internet Data Centers in the U.S. While at Relera, Ken assembled the Real Estate and Construction team, developed all related procedures, reports and specs, and was instrumental in helping the company raise over $300 million in venture capital. Ken’s experience also includes serving as President of Cyberlocator, Inc., a software company that developed patented intellectual property for computer network security products and related applications, where he was responsible for helping turn around the company after it suffered financial losses and key tech personnel had abandoned the firm for other jobs. Ken’s success in helping turnaround and develop companies of all sizes in a variety of industries has proven invaluable to helping Guyer provide the highest level of assistance to its clients.
